How much notice do you need?

At least one week

Because this is a cottage business, orders will be picked up from my house in Kenmore, NY. Address will be given once order is placed

Where do I pick up my order?

No, I’m sorry but I do not deliver at this time

Do you deliver?

I will give a one hour window for pick-up (for example, if your pick-up time is 2:00pm, you must pick up between 2:00pm and 3:00pm.) Unfortunately, I cannot wait longer than the one hour window. If you are running behind, please contact me ASAP to reschedule a pick-up time!

What if I am late for picking up my order?

Do I need to put down a deposit?

Yes. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required when placing your order. The remaining balance is due at pick up (via Paypal, Venmo, or exact cash only)

Do you make other items not listed on your menu?

I may expand my menu in the future, but for now, only items listed on my menu can be offered

I may only use fondant for very small decorations only. I do not do full fondant cakes or large fondant decorations

I sure am! I have also carefully crafted a menu that follows all of NY state’s rules and regulations for a home processor business. Please note that because of this, there are certain off-menu requests that I may not be able to offer
